Enjoying a day of cold sunshine
Auzzy being hand fed. He has become very spoiled being an only dog!
We dealt with our third dog death in the span of 6.5 months. The girls were able to visit with a puppy with my mom while I was in the room with our sweet Andy. Two books I highly recommend for dealing with pet loss are For Every Dog an Angel and I’ll Always Love You.
Mimi’s writing improved as she wrote letters to YouTubers she enjoys watching. We followed along with another morning art camp, super fun! Drawing tutorials were popular again this month. Reading games helped cement concepts and made learning even more fun!
The girls helped their great-grandparents put up Christmas lights. And took time to snuggle with antique dolls – Adi’s favorite!
In our Nature Study Handbook we learned about Lichen and then went on a hunt to find some!
Super fun and cheap Christmas game – Snowball Bowling! Decorate styrofoam cups and knock them over with a soft “snowball” or rolled up sock!
Mimi was inspired to buy unfinished doll furniture and customize it in hopes of selling it.
Building those entrepreneurial skills!
Adi got a preschool lesson in engineering when she put together a train track with her Grampy!
The rest of the month was spent preparing for Christmas, spending time with loved ones, and lots of baking! Wrapping her present for Mimi Wrapping her present for Adi Merry Christmas!
